Can I bring in my own food &/or beverages?
All Food & Beverage must be purchased through the Cowlitz Regional Conference Center.
Is there a charge for setting up/decorating the day before?
If room is available, normally, ½ day rental rates apply. Please check with your Event Coordinator.
Is there a deposit? If so, when is it due and is it refundable?
Deposits are needed to hold your room & due 30 days after signing your contract. If there are any Catering needs a deposit will also be needed for the caterer. Deposit are refundable on room rental and all/or portion of the catering deposit may be refunded. Please check with your Event Coordinator for more information.
Is there any charge for parking?
Parking is included in your contract, free of charge.
